Last month at Sherway Gardens a shopping mall in Toronto had a silent auction for these hand-painted chairs....by local artists. Every year I go and look around, some are quite beautiful and very artistic and imaginative as you will see in the photos..

Deleteawesome share! these are amazing. I agree - the cats look fab. but I'm not a cat person. If I could get one, I'd get one of the tees, I like the "giving tree" but then I saw another one, above the cala lily one. LOVE IT!

ReplyDeleteChairs were in existence since at least the Early Dynastic Period. They were covered with cloth or leather, were made of carved wood and were much lower than today’s chairs, chair seats were sometimes only 25 cm high.HCCF Plastic Chairs
