I Love Lucy
I Love Lucy...........and I mean I really loved that TV show. I think through the years I've seen each episode about 20 times. I still watch it whenever they show them.......still can't believe that those two Lucy and Ethel get into trouble daily.
I'm showing the BLUES on Lucy's hat and gloves.......and on the other side of this Lunch Box Ethel's dress or frock.
I must explain this is a Lunch Box that I picked up at some lil' gift store. I don't use it but couldn't hold myself from buying it because of Lucy and Ethel being on it. So now it just sits on a shelf in front of my cookbooks.
Front of the Lunch Box.

I could watch I Love Lucy over and over...I grew up watching those hilarious reruns. What a fun lunchbox, Erica!

ReplyDeleteI used to love to watch I love Lucy!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the memories you brought back today. There were several of the old TV shows I really enjoyed. Today, I just gave on watching the TV.
ReplyDeleteYep, I do enjoy watching the show. One of my favorites is when Lucy and Ethel and the husbands bet each other who could stay in the 1890s mode the longest. That looooooong bread coming out the oven is just hilarious!

This and That. Here and There. Now, Sometimes Then.
What a cute lunch box and a fun way to show the blues! Happy Blue Monday.

ReplyDeleteHi E:

Glad you dropped by. I'll come visit again.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments.....I guess that I'm not the only fan around.
ReplyDeleteI watch the 11 pm CHCH news most nights. Like getting the local stuff.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun I Love Lucy post. I love that show, too. Su-sieee! Mac mentioned the episode with the long bread. That was a real loaf of bread they had baked (at least according to an I Love Lucy book I read). Where in the world would a bakery have a big enough oven to bake something that long. Maybe in one of those pizza places with the brick ovens?
