Sour Cream Dill Dip



Sour Cream Dill Dip
 (Source; Taste of Home)


2 cups sour cream
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup minced chives
1/4 cup minced Italian flat leaf parley
2 Tbsp. minced dill
1/2 tsp. salt

In a bowl combine all and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve with veggies or crackers.....

  1. I make something similar using yogurt Erica. We have dill growing in our garden. I'm not sure we can get sour cream here although I could use kaymak and lemon juice I guess.

    1. With this recipe I've used yogurt (plain)instead of sour cream before and it tasted fine.....you could maybe adjust some herbs if you like.

  2. I wish I could get sour cream here. I'll just have to make it with yogurt, but it doesn't taste quite the same.

    1. Yes...I've made it with yogurt before....and it tasted fine. You could also maybe add a bit of mayonnaise if you like.

  3. ***FORGOT TO MENTION .... you could add Knorr Swiss Veggie dry soup mix in it ...also tastes yummy. I think I saw it at Migros before.
