This is the start of a new week and I have a full plate already. I remember my Dad would never do anything on a Monday that was important because he said Mondays are a heavy day and the beginning of a new week and is carrying the whole week. To this day I sometimes do this also but I think that I just don't want to do it so I use this as an excuse. But sometimes it doesn't work out that way I have to do what I have to do.
Today I'm showing some of my Blue and White collection. I have so many of them because every Flea Market, Yard Sale, Garage Sale, Antique Market I always manage to find something.......and have managed to acquire quite a lot.
Just love those blue dishes. I will be going to beautiful Toronto this weekend to visit my grand-daughter. Cant wait. I'm a new follower!

ReplyDeleteWow, Erica! You do have quite the blue collection. All of your blue treasures are beautiful. They look so nice grouped together, too.

I kind of agree w/your dad ... Monday's can be a full-plate-day just because they're Mondays! Enjoyed your blue wares. The figurines caught my attention, the one with the goose in the back and the kissing girl and boy especially caught my eye. Thanks, Jenn What do you mean spring is over in 42 days? Nooo noooo! (We've already had 2 hot days down in Central Texas. Humid. 80-94 degrees. Ugh. I have loved this spring. )
ReplyDeleteI agree you do have a very nice collection of the blues. I can understand why you like it. It is a very pretty pattern. Enjoy it while you can.
ReplyDeleteYou know how much I love blue and white pieces! Yours are smashing!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely blue and white collection! I like the way you are collecting them, little by little. It keeps the excitement and pleasure alive. :)
ReplyDeleteYour collection of blue and white plates is fantastic! I especially like the teapots.
